Lately it seems that I am obsessed with blueberries. Seriously what is not to love? Wonderfully sweet small deep blue ball of goodness. These little blueberries are loaded with antioxidants. Antioxidants…the more the merrier! Who doesn’t want to fight aging and cancer. Blueberries provide Vitamins A and C, along with fiber for 80 calories per cup. So eat them up!
1 cup Almond Milk
1 cup Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
4 oz Greek Yogurt (plain or blueberry)
1 1/2 cup ice
Add all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
